Artist Statement
I paint and draw people, places, things...in a representational style without too much detail. I have always enjoyed painting/drawing people...love it when I have captured a gesture, a reflective moment, etc. Of course, I never tire of painting old VW's! Are they people? Not quite, but they do have a personality!
Artist Bio
I started drawing horses and 57 Plymouths when I was a kid...kept drawing, went to art school, and while in the advertising business, continued doing art on the side. Retired from the ad world for several years, I am able to spend most days at my studio.
